Seven Chinese Muslims held at Guantanamo for eight years have been determined to not be a threat to America. Afraid of being returned to China where they are still considered terrorists and could therefore be executed, they have asked to be released to the United States. No court has ruled in their favor and thus five remain at Guantanamo; Switzerland accepted only two.
